Deux hommes japonais ont été arrêtés jeudi pour avoir violé une loi les interdisant de pratiquer le percing. <br /><br />Entre mars et octobre, Les deux hommes Takuma Tamaoki et Masumi Sasada, sont accusés d'avoir effectuer des piercings oreilles et de la langue sans permis ni authorisation. <br /><br />Tamaoki et Sasada avaient un magasin de percing à Amerikamura, près de Shinsaibashi sans un arrondissement d'Osaka. <br /><br />Ils sont accusés d'avoir coupé le bout de la langue d'un client en deux avec un scalpel, et de faire des piercings nez et oreilles sans licence . <br /><br />Tamaoki et Sasada faisaient payer plusieurs centaines de dollars pour chaque piercing. <br /><br />L'affaire a éclaté en décembre lorsque la police a effectué une fouille dans leur magasin. <br /><br />Police est maintenant à la recherche de document pour savoir comment ils ont pu se procurer des médicaments anesthésiques. <br /><br />Lors de son interrogatoire, Tamaoki a admis qu'il a effectué des piercings sans permis.
