In all, Elliot Roger killed 6 innocent victims and wounded 13 others before turning the gun on himself.<br /><br />In his manifesto and a series of YouTube videos, the Eurasian male offers this explanation for his horrific actions.<br />What is emerging from the videos, the manifesto and carefully curated social media presence is a portrait of a deeply misogynistic and racist male suffering from emotional isolation and an inability to connect with others.<br /><br />Elliot Roger is the son of Peter Roger, an assistant director on the Hunger Games film series.<br /><br />His Facebook page suggests a life of affluence and comfort ... such as these selfies depicting First Class international travels.<br /><br />The manifesto claims his family arranged for counseling with psychiatrist and television personality Dr Charles Sophy.<br /><br />A lawyer for Peter Roger says his family reported their son to health authorities after learning about his disturbing videos.<br /><br />Indeed, in the document, Roger Elliot writes how he police officers visited him ... and how his plan would have been discovered if they searched his room and found his weapons.<br /><br />But that search never took place.
