Students occupied Taiwan's Legislative Yuan on March 18, 2014 in opposition to their country's impending trade pact with China. <br /><br />On March 23, they occupied the Administrative Yuan and the protest has since spread to college campuses. <br /><br />They fear the pact will be detrimental to Taiwan's economic future and move the country closer to China, which regards it as a renegade, breakaway province.<br /><br />The student protest leader Lin Fei-fan (林飛帆) has called for another sit-in in front of the Presidential Office on Sunday (March 30th) .
