Police in a Houston suburb are asking for help identifying a driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run early on Thursday, according to a Houston Chronicle report.<br /><br />Driving a gray or silver-colored four-door vehicle around 2:30 a.m., the suspect struck a 45-year-old League City man, riding a bicycle. <br /><br />A nearby driver called emergency officials who rushed the injured cyclist to a nearby hospital. <br /><br />Suffering from serious injuries to the head, the man was later pronounced dead. The identity of the cyclist has yet to be revealed, pending family notification.<br /><br />In surveillance footage taken in front of a gated community shortly after the crash, a female driver is seen repairing damage to her vehicle with the help of a security guard.<br /><br />Authorities are asking the public to help identify the driver.<br /><br />"This is all we have to go on at this point," said police spokesperson Reagan Pena, according to the report. "We'd like to find this woman and talk to her."
