They used ladders to climb over the flipped trains.<br /><br /> Multiple fire engines, ambulances and police cars were deployed on the scene.<br /><br /> About 240 people were on board the train which operates without seat belts.<br /><br /> So far the cause of the accident is unknown.<br /><br /> Amtrak is a national publicly funded rail service, serving tens of millions of people every year.
