Too scared to return to their quake-damaged homes, residents are camping outside on the streets in Nepal.<br /><br /> Relief aid is slowly being distributed to people affected by two large quakes in three weeks.<br /><br /> One woman in a makeshift camp in Kathmandu told reporters: “They have made some arrangements here but they are not sufficient. They gave us some food, but it’s already cooked and eaten.
