Michigan Optometrist and (alleged) pervert Dr Robert Emmett Deck III, has been charged with indecent exposure after forcing a female patient to watch him masturbate during a consultation on August 13.<br /><br />The 33-year-old woman, unnamed in local media reports, visited Eye Health Professionals in Orion Township, the clinic at which Deck works.<br /><br />The woman alleges that after Deck finished fitting her new contact lenses, he "lured" her to his private office. Once inside, the woman says the mood changed; she became suspicious and began recording audio on her iPhone. Moments later, Deck, 48, then began touching himself in full view of the patient, she alleges. <br /><br />She fled and handed over the phone recording to police.<br /><br />Oakland County sheriff Michael Bouchard described Deck's behaviour as "predatory and disgusting." The incident prompted him to encourage other patients who experienced similar situations to contact the police.<br /><br />"When you go to visit a professional office such as a doctor, the last thing you literally expect to see is this.
