Originally published on August 2, 2013<br /><br />A chase and a shootout occurred between two alleged carjackers and police in Chihuahua, Mexico on August 1. Two men allegedly carjacked a late model Range Rover from a woman at gunpoint.<br /><br />According to local media, the shootout began in Zaragoza Boulevard, when the suspects shot repeatedly at the police from their car. They then decided to abandon the vehicle at a junction and continued shooting while they were chased by police. Both of them were eventually arrested.
