Up to a dozen people were injured, including three critically, when a car careened into a Manhattan shopfront early on June 19, leaving behind a trail of debris. Shortly after 7 a.m. on Wednesday a white Nissan Altima, reportedly with 5 occupants, was driving down 2nd Avenue.
