Three Lao women were arrested Monday for attempting to smuggle 4,000 methamphetamine pills in their genitals and rectum in Thailand's Kalasin region, the Bangkok Post reported. <br />They crossed the Mekong river in Mukdahan province, then took a bus to Kalasin.
