A woman died on Friday after being robbed and beaten by a man while she was walking to Taman Wahyu train station in Kuala Lumpur, the New Straits Times reported. <br />Cindy Loh Sing Ying was going to work at around 7am when a man approached her and tried to steal her bag.<br />She fought back but fell on the ground and was dragged by the man for about 10 metres. He tried to reach his car, a four-wheel vehicle, and left her on the street before driving away. <br />After he escaped, Loh was found lying on the ground in a semiconscious state by an elderly couple who was walking by. The couple also witnessed the scene, the New Straits Times reported. <br />The couple sought for help to a female soldier who was nearby, who called an ambulance to the scene to assist the woman.
