Art discovery: A man's $300,000 investment in a bungalow on Long Island became a $30 m windfall when he discovered rare artwork in his attic and garage.<br /><br />Check out the Oddbods! Schultz chose to get the art appraised instead, and discovered they were pieces by the late obscure artist Arthur Pinajian worth a total of $30 million.
