Ahmedabad: Affording the best in education for their children has burnt a hole in the pockets of many parents. "The yearly education expenses per kid in 10 years has reached to Rs.1.25 lakh from Rs.55,000 and the pre-school expenses have moved up to 75,000 from Rs.35,000", says a new survey conducted by the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM).
