The dance is over and a winner has been crowned. Fan favorite Rumer Willis has taken home the Mirror Ball trophy and with this being partner Val Chmerkovskiy's first pro win, it was a night full of celebration.<br /><br />To recap the night, Rumer and Riker Lynch both scored a perfect 40, while Noah Galloway scored an impressive 36. <br /><br />Noah went home in third place and brought the room to tears when he admitted he didn’t think he would make it past week three. <br /><br />It came down to Riker and Rumer, and ultimately Rumer was announced as the winner.<br /><br />If crowning a champ wasn’t enough, The ladies of Fifth Harmony took over Dancing With The Stars finale in the best way possible. <br /><br />Hey!
