This is a kind of Indian Chaat Canapes. <br /> <br />Usually these Canapes are soft & not crisps, so to bring out the crispiness we dip it in hot oil. But this recipe is quiet a healthier recipe. All you have to do is bake the canapes in toast mode for about 3/4 Minutes before stuffing it. So that no oil is required. <br /> <br />Enjoy Eating!!!!!
