The aim of this project is to develop a graphical language capable of describing spatial simulations in the context of Geographic Information Systems (GIS). A Model-Driven Development approach was taken to this end, with the development of a Domain Specific Language through a UML profile. Models designed with this profile can be automatically transformed into ready to run simulation with a code generation infrastructure. <br /> <br />DSL3S and its accompanying code generator (MDD3S) are available as plug-ins for Eclipse.
