It was an emergency session called to escalate the fight against the Delhi Lieutenant Governor but it turns out that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was in fact fighting to stay awake. Shortly after introducing the resolution, Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and other AAP Ministers were caught napping in the assembly session.
