An armored personnel carrier of the Philippine Army got stalled along Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard in Sta. Mesa, Manila on Friday morning.<br /><br />The APC Simba tank suffered from engine trouble at around 7:30 a.m. It was part of a convoy of military vehicles from Tarlac and was bound for Sangley Point in Cavite.<br /><br />The stalled Army vehicle caught the attention of the police, who questioned the arrival of the APC without proper coordination.<br /><br />A mechanic eventually arrived to fix the vehicle.<br /><br />- Radio dzMM, 20 September 2013
