MANILA - The Philippine National Police has no operational aircraft after one of its choppers crashed in Kalinga last June. <br /><br />Director General Alan Purisima said two of the PNP's Robinson R44 Raven 1 helicopters are grounded due to a pending case before the Ombudsman.
