MANILA -- The Lagusnilad underpass in Manila is still impassable to all types of vehicles because of floods.<br /><br />The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said it was using four vacuum pumps to remove the floods from the underpass.<br /><br />The MMDA said it may take the whole day before the underpass is finally cleared. -- report from Noel Alamar, dzMM
