The Right to Know Right Now coalition is set to file a petition at the 16th Congress urging lawmakers to pass the freedom of information bill. <br /><br />The coalition said some lawmakers as well as officials from the executive branch are blocking the passage of the bill. <br /><br />Ang Kapatiran, PALEA, Philippine Center for Investigative Journalism and Juana Change movement are just some of the groups included in the coalition.<br /><br />Radio dzMM, June 24, 2013
