Taiwan disputes 'scratch marks' found on Taiwanese boat

MANILA, Philippines -- Taiwanese authorities dispute the findings of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) team in Taiwan which recorded several scratch marks on the boat of the slain fisherman.
