Enrique Iglesias injured on stage after trying to grab DRONE: Singer treated after two fingers sliced <br />WARNING: GRAPHIC PICTURES - The star carried on with the show despite his t-shirt being covered in blood by the nasty injury <br />Enrique Iglesias is recovering after being left with a bloody injury on stage in Mexico last night. <br /> <br />The singer sliced two of his fingers as he attempted to grab a drone during his performance, leaving his white t-shirt bloodied in the shock incident. <br /> <br />A rep for the singer said in a statement that Iglesias was "semi-treated" after the accident at the side of the stage to stop the bleeding. <br /> <br />He was advised to end the show but went on to perform for 30 more minutes. <br />Concert-goers at Plaza de Toros de Playas posted photos on social media of Iglesias with blood all over his white T-shirt. <br /> <br />Iglesias' rep says the 40-year-old was later rushed to the airport and he's now seeing a specialist in Los Angeles <br /> <br />The full statement to Mirror Online read: "During the show a drone is used to get crowd shots and some nights Enrique grabs the drone to give the audience a Point of View shot <br /> <br />"Something went wrong and he had an accident. He was semi-treated by crew on the side of the stage to try and stop the bleeding. He was advised to stop the show. <br /> <br />"He decided to go on and continued playing for 30 minutes while the bleeding continued throughout the show. He was rushed to the airport where an ambulance met him there. <br />"He was then put on a plane to LA where we was then put on a plane to LA to see an specialist. We will continue to update as we have more info. <br /> <br />Fans have expressed their concern for the star as the photos spread online, with one writing: "These pics of Enrique with blood all over him are breaking my heart like seriously @enrique305 be careful. <br /> <br />Iglesias' show for 12,000 fans is part of his Sex And Love World Tour.
