Learn how to make this simple yet delicious Vermicelli Soup on Rajshri Food. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />100g Rice Vermicelli <br />3 to 3 1/2 tbsp Cornflour <br />2 Tsp Soya Sauce <br />2 Tsp Chilli Sauce <br />1 1/2 Tsp Chilli Oil <br />100g Carrots <br />1 Tbsp Brown Vinegar <br />100g Cabbage <br />10 Spinach Leaves <br />Some Broccoli Florets <br />6 cups of vegetable stock <br />1 tsp Sugar <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- Heat some oil and once the oil is hot, add thinly sliced carrot, cabbage, few broccoli florets and few spinach leaves. <br />- Add vegetable stock. <br />- Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt. <br />- Mix cornflour in water or vegetable stock. <br />- Add the cornflour mixture to the soup when it comes to boil. <br />- Allow the soup to boil for 3 to 4 minutes. <br />- Fry some rice noodles in oil. <br />- Serve the soup hot and place the vermicelli on top. <br />- Sprinkle chilli oil on the top. <br />- The delicious soup is ready to eat! <br /> <br />Director: Suchandra Basu <br />Camera: Kawaldeep Singh Jangwal, Manjeet Katariya, Akshay Durgule <br />Editing: Dinesh Shetty <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
