Pianist 辻井伸行 Nobuyuki Tsujii gave his first public performance of Tchaikovsky's Concerto no. 1 on October 9, 2010, at the Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi, U.S.A. . He performed with the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra and conductor John Giordano. It was a rousing performance.
