Egg Paratha makes a great lunchbox recipe for kids and adults too! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />4 Boiled Eggs <br />1 Cup Wheat Flour <br />3 to 4 Green Chillies, chopped <br />1 tbsp Coriander - Ginger - Garlic paste <br />1 Tomato, chopped <br />1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder <br />Coriander Leaves <br />2 to 3 tsp Oil <br />Salt to taste <br />Water <br /> <br />साहित्य: <br /> <br />४ अंडी, उकडलेली <br />१ कप गव्हाचे पीठ <br />३-४ हिरव्या मिरच्या <br />१ tbsp कोथिंबीर आलं लसूण पेस्ट <br />१ टोमॅटो <br />१/२ tsp काळी मिरी पावडर <br />कोथिंबीर <br />२-३ tsp तेल <br />मीठ <br />पाणी <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />To make the Egg Stuffing <br />- In a pan, heat some oil. Add green chillies, coriander - ginger - garlic paste, coriander leaves, tomato, black pepper powder and salt. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover the pan with a lid & let the tomato cook. <br />- Once the tomato is done, add the grated eggs. Mix everything for a minute and switch off the flame. <br />- Remove the egg mixture in a plate and allow it to cool down completely. <br /> <br />To make the parathas <br />- In a large bowl add flour, oil, salt & some water. Make a soft dough. <br />- Make small size round balls to make flat rotis. <br />- Fill the egg stuffing mixture in the rotis and seal the edges as shown in the video. <br />- Heat up some oil on a pan.
