Mumbai: Open gutters are accident-prone places. Senior citizens cannot cross the gutters, as they are wide open. Some open gutters have filled with domestic wastes and a few of them have been filled with debris. Since the sanitation staff is not cleaning up these gutters, water flow has been chocked up.
