The video, shot by a resident of Salinas, is a proof of unjustified police brutality. According to local KBSW-TV chain, the man of 28 years, Joseph Velasco, was repeatedly beaten by police in the head, legs, hands and back, although not put up much resistance. The incident took place on June 5.
