This spicy non vegetarian curry / gravy dish can be a great option for lunch or dinner! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />300 gms Chicken, boneless <br />2 Onions, grated <br />7-8 tbsp Grated Coconut <br />1 tbsp Coriander Seeds <br />2 inch Cinnamon <br />8-10 Black Pepper <br />4-5 Cloves <br />1 tbsp Cashews <br />10-12 Shankeshwari Red Chillies <br />1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste <br />1 tbsp Mix Masala <br />Salt to taste <br />1 tbsp Butter <br />2 tbsp Oil <br />Coriander Leaves <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />For Marination <br />- In a mixer grinder add coconut, coriander seeds, cinnamon, black pepper,cloves, cashews & shakeshwari red chillies. <br />- Grind everything to a coarse paste. <br />- Marinate the chicken with this masala along with ginger garlic paste, salt and mix masala. <br /> <br />For Gravy <br />- In a pan heat some oil. Add grated onion and coriander leaves. Cover the pan with a lid and let the onion cook for few minutes. <br />- Then add the marinated chicken and mix everything well. <br />- Add some water and let the chicken cook for 15 minutes. <br />- When your chicken is cooked, add the tadka of butter & shankeshwari red chillies. <br />- Garnish it with coriander leaves. <br />- Enjoy the spicy Kolhapuri Chicken Masala with Roti / Chapati / Naan.
