<p>In Mali, the Tuareg-led rebel groups are supposed to sign a key peace deal on June 20th. The so-called Algiers agreement has already been signed by the central Bamako government and loyalist armed groups. </p><br />Mongi Hamdi is the UN envoy for Mali. A Tunisian diplomat, he is also the head of the UN mission in Mali, known as MINUSMA.
