Police search for reported 'lifeless body,' turns out to be Papa Smurf balloon

Police in Germany go into rescue mode after they received a call of a lifeless body spotted on some train tracks, but as Jen Markham (@jenmarkham) reports, the report turned out to be a lot of hot air.
