Miley Cyrus fan to have his tattoos of the singer removed

Carl McCoid is so obsessed with Miley Cyrus, he covered himself in tattoos of the singer. Cyrus allegedly called them ugly, and now he wants them removed. Buzz60's Leigh Scheps (@LeighTVReporter) has the story.
