<p>Camille Grand is the Director of the Foundation for Strategic Research in Paris and a former diplomatic advisor at the French defence ministry. He reacts to revelations by WikiLeaks that the US spied on the last three French presidents - Jacques Chirac, Nicolas Sarkozy and incumbent François Hollande - from 2006 to 2012.</p><br />"It's truly embarrassing for France because you normally don’t spy on your allies”, he says of the US spying revelations.
