My mom had 6 kids and whenever she gave birth, she ate this seaweed soup for one month straight, every day -- that's the Korean way. Here's the recipe for the seaweed soup my mother ate after giving birth, so light and healthy! <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1) Wakame Seaweed (2 ounces) <br />2) Sesame oil (4 tablespoons) <br />3) Soy Sauce (3 tablespoons) <br />4) Water (14 cups) <br /> <br />Can't find this seaweed? Drain the water. With scissors, cut large pieces of seaweed into smaller pieces. <br />2) In a large pot, add sesame oil and seaweed. Sautee seaweed in sesame oil for about 2 minutes. <br />3) Add water and soy sauce. <br />4) Place lid and bring flame to high.
