<p>Representatives of Iran and six world powers are in Vienna in a bid to finalise a nuclear deal. This follows 20 months of negotiations between Tehran and the P5+1. Trita Parsi, founder and president of the National Iranian American Council, believes "there is reason to be optimistic". </p><br />"I think odds are on the fact that there will be a deal", he told FRANCE 24's Marc Perelman in an interview from Vienna.
