Also learn how to make Matar Karanji (Green Peas Kachori) recipe from our chef Archana. <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />250 gms Matar, mashed <br />10-12 Garlic, chopped <br />3-4 Green Chillies, chopped <br />1/4th tsp Black Pepper Powder <br />Salt to taste <br />Oil <br />Maida dough for karanji <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Then add garlic, green chillies, balck pepper powder, mashed matar & salt. <br />- Mix all the ingredients well for 2 minutes. <br />- The stuffing is ready. <br />- Make a soft dough using maida, salt and water. <br />- Roll small size rotis and fill the rotis with a teaspoon of the matar stuffing. <br />- Fold the karanji as shown in the video and seal the sides of the karanji. <br />- Keep all the karanjis ready. <br />- In a pan, heat some oil for frying.
