Kourtney Kardashian was joined by sister Kim as they took their daughters for a fun filled trip to Disneyland. <br /> The day was in celebration of Penelope's birthday but father Scott Disick didn't seem to be in attendance. He did post a birthday message on instagram saying "1 of the only things I'm proud off about myself. Happy bday p". Sounds like Scott is doing some deep thinking. <br /> For her birthday in Disney land Penelope choose to co-ordinate with her mum. They both looked magical in their Tinkerbelle outfits. And of course big brother Mason was there for the birthday party.
