Along with the establishment of personnel and moniker comes a refined visual and aural identity – although very much still in the early stages of creative development, Stork (guitar/vocals), Sanderson (bass guitar) and Rix (drums/percussion) have found a very distinct sound within a broad range of artistic influences. Playing on the irresistible funk rhythms of the late 70s, the experimental nature of the band has adapted this into a darker, heavier and more mathematically proficient style, unique to themselves.

The band will return to the studio later in the year, with the intention for some materialisation of recording sessions to be released around the turn of the year.

www.soundcloud.com/bigfatastronauts

CREDITS / SPONSORS
Camera - Cate Calder
Audio Post Production - www.bigtreestudio.co.uk

Many thanks as ever to Rhys and staff at Samuel Jones. www.samueljonesexeter.co.uk

Tune in again to BalconyTV //
