It was reserved handshakes and then relaxed smiles as the top diplomats in Vienna were announcing an historic agreement on Iran's nuclear programme. After a decade of tiptoeing around the deal, Tehran agreed to slash its nuclear ambitions, in return for Westen powers lifting their sanctions.
