Falooda is a very famous Indian milk cold drink that is available across the streets of India. A nice blend of rose essence, sevai, sabza seeds, milk and ice-cream, this recipe by Chef Archana will definitely make you want to prepare it the minute you finish watching this video! <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Cup Vermicelli (sevai) <br />1 tbsp Sabja <br />2-3 tbsp Rose Syrup <br />1 Cup Milk <br />Vanilla Ice Cream <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan boil some water. Then add the vermicelli and let it cook. <br />- In the meanwhile, add sabja in some water and allow it to rise. <br />- Once the vermicelli is cook, put it in the cold water. <br />- In a glass, add the vermicelli followed by the sabja . Then add the rose syrup and the milk. <br />- Add the scoop of vanilla ice-cream to the falooda and garnish it with rose syrup. <br />- The delicious falooda is ready to be served.
