<p>A fallen power line downed during a torrential rainstorm in Florence, Alabama, on Wednesday, July 15, ignited a chain link fence. According to Andi Linville, who filmed the video, tree branches got tangled in the power lines and then caught on fire, finally falling to the ground.</p><br /><p>“Each time the fire goes out, you can see that the power goes out,” Linville said.
