Arizona police department released a dashcam video showing the moment a police officer used a car to intentionally run over an armed robbery suspect.<br /> <br />Footage from February 19 shows suspect Mario Valencio walking along a street in Marana, northwest of Tucson, allegedly carrying a rifle.
