Our chef Archana brings you this quick and easy recipe. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Onion, chopped <br />1/2 Cup Green Peas <br />2 Potatoes, chopped <br />1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tsp Mix Masala <br />2 tbsp Oil <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Salt to taste <br />Water <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seed, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix everything well. <br />- Then add chopped onions, salt and saute everything for a minute. Cover it with a lid and let the onions cook. <br />- Then add green peas, chopped potatoes, mix masala, coriander and some water. Mix all the ingredients well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 10 minutes. <br />- Serve the Watana Batata Bhaji with hot rotis.
