Nutella? Did someone say Nutella?<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />2 cups (500 mL) milk<br />2 cups (500 mL) 35% cream<br />1/2 cup (125 mL) brown sugar<br />4 -6 egg yolks<br />1/2 cup (125 mL) Nutella<br />2 Tbsp (30 mL) oil <br /><br />Method:<br /><br />Heat the milk, cream and sugar over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, to just under a boil.<br />Whisk the egg yolks in large mixing bowl until pale. When the milk is heated, slowly pour the milk into the yolks, whisking constantly. <br />Chill the mixture thoroughly, before loading into your ice cream maker.<br />While the ice cream is churning, stir together the Nutella and oil. <br />Swirl the Nutella into the finished ice cream.<br /><br />Makes 1L of batter
