<p>Last September, Ashraf Ghani became president of Afghanistan but had to share power with Abdullah Abdullah, his rival in the presidential election. The two men took months to form their government. In April, the parliament finally approved the appointment of six ministers. For the first time, four women are part of the cabinet.
