PATiENTS is a hybrid punk band that exceeds the limits of the genre in an anti-punk way. With the objective of delighting everyone living in this tough world, the band creates very bright sounds as opposed their dark lyrics. We're going to have an in-depth conversation with the trio at their hideout and also get to hear about what led them to advance in the U.K.<br />PATiENTS was formed in 2006 by bassist and vocalist Jo Su-min, drummer Lee Jae-hyuk and guitarist Baek Joon-myung, who was later replaced with keyboardist Kwon Hyuck-jang. Upon releasing the first album, "Kitsch Space," in 2011, the threesome incorporated a variety of sounds into their music to created their distinct musical style - hybrid punk - whilst having their roots in punk rock. The second album, "18," was released this past April, and the band also took part in Liverpool Sound City in the U.K. for 2 straight years, further establishing their spot in the world of punk.
