That's what I'm talking about!! Your body can continue to do any & all activities u were used to doing prior to the pregnancy. The problem these days is that women....once they find out they r pregnant think they r handicapped & can't do crap! Smh....I played softball until I was 32 wks pregnant. Ur body will tell u when u have to give it a break. Two thumbs up for this momma!!
