Drinks Made Easy Presents- How to make The Hot Pepper Gaming Fire Extinguisher Cocktail. We mad e the Hot Pepper Gaming Hot Pepper Popper so of course we had to make a soothing cocktail that can take the edge off of spicy foods or shots or peppers (if you're dumb enough to eat one.)<br /><br />To make this drink you will need the following:<br /><br />Bacardi 151 or any High proof alcohol. The higher the better for soothing purposes.<br /><br />Heavy Whipping Cream<br /><br />Simple Syrup<br /><br />Mint<br /><br />First, pour 1 1/2 oz of Bacardi into a Shaker full of ice. Add 1 oz of cream and 1 oz of simple syrup. Then, add about 3-4 mint leaves. Cover your shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Finally, pour, unstrained, directly into your bucket or double rocks glass.
