Since keen interest has been shown in this musician, I presently post a second side by this remarkable artist. Mart Britt led a territory band in the Texas area that at some point was performing in Sylvan Beach, La Porte in Texas. Personnel probably included Mart Britt Banjo, Bass, Drums, Vocals; Slim Lamar (?) and Sidney Arodin(?), Clarinet, Alto Saxophone and Tenor Saxophone; Sue Miller, Vocals; Tony Almerico, Bill Robertson and Irwin Kunz, Cornet; Terry Shand, Piano, as well as Blue Steele, Trombone. However, this delicate 1928 record features Britt singing one of his own compositions. The guitar accompaniment is either by Mart Britt himself or Snoozer Quinn.
