Dr.Lam took his time explaining everything and I didn't feel rushed at all. I ordered glasses and within 5 days they were in the office ready to be picked up. The glasses felt a little crooked and Dr.Lam took his time adjusting them!! I have been to a couple of optometrist and seriously felt like it was a "cattle call."
